In the Client Representative phase, you will learn how to effectively execute an in-store marketing campaign for one of our Fortune 500 clients. Being the first line of contact for new and existing customers, your training will be focused on customer service, product knowledge, and marketing fundamentals. Once these skills are mastered, client representatives will move into a corporate trainer position.
In the Corporate Trainer phase, you will harness skills that are essential to management such as developing, training, and motivating a team with the ultimate goal of becoming a team leader and driving collective campaign goals. As a corporate trainer, you are also eligible for bi-annual conferences, networking opportunities, and business road trips around the country.
As an assistant manager, you will start your training in learning how to do payroll, interviewing potential employees, and managing a budget.
