PES Welcomes 2021

SANTA CLARITA, California - January 5, 2021 Mid-December the initial distribution of Covid-19 vaccine rolls out in the United States, in limited quantities, and a new stimulus bill includes a second round of PPP loans. With New Years around the corner, everyone across the country is ready to move on from 2020.

On December 31st, 2020 the world welcomes the New Year unlike ever before. Times Square is empty, New Years parties are limited to small gatherings but there are feelings of hope that 2021 will bring health and economic revival.

Pacific Empire Solutions Inc.(PES) celebrates a healthy staff, expanded territory, and new opportunities for top clients on the horizon.

“The tail end of 2020 we zoned in on only a handful of programs but on a larger scale. Moving into 2021 we want to maintain our focus running these programs at optimal levels from the Antelope Valley to Orange County” says CEO, Jorge Lopez, on the company’s 2021 goals.

“Right now we are running pilot programs in other parts of the country that may require travel by upper management, but our team’s main goal is to focus on mastering our current marketing strategy across our largest territory to date.”

The company continues to use Zoom as it’s main mode of communication and the team and PES culture has adapted to this limited contact form of communication. Moving forward, PES looks forward to having more team excursions and gathering potentially in mid-late 2021 as it so frequently did in 2019 and years prior.

“We aren’t waiting for things to change and are working with reality as it is. I think that’s what’s helped us to stay strong, but we are hopeful that one day we can travel and have more in-person team building activities like we used to. That really adds to a vibrant company culture.”
